What We Need From You
- Named participants and their roles, with protected time to attend
- A sponsor who defines the outcomes the program must achieve
- Access to a non-production environment for labs, or agreement to use a Bassirah-provided lab setup
- Your architecture documentation and runbooks, where they exist
- Session logistics: on-site rooms or remote collaboration tools
- Any internal standards or policies the training must reflect

Is the training generic or specific to our environment?
Specific wherever possible. We build labs and examples around your architecture, schemas or representative data, so skills transfer directly to your platform.
Can sessions be delivered remotely?
Yes. Sessions can be delivered on-site, remotely or in a hybrid format.
Do participants receive a certification?
Participants receive Bassirah attendance and evaluation records. Our enablement is not an official vendor certification program.
Can enablement be combined with an implementation or managed service?
Yes. Enablement often runs alongside implementation, or as part of a planned handover from Bassirah managed services to your team.
What size of group do you train?
Formats are agreed per engagement. Hands-on labs and drills work best with smaller groups, while architecture briefings can include wider audiences.
