STRATEGIC TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS
Bassirah works with selected technology providers to deliver modern analytics, data access, application performance, AI observability and AI-ready storage solutions. We help customers navigate platform fit, reference architecture, integration, deployment and ongoing operations.
ClickHouse · Starburst · Redis · Langfuse · MinIO AIStor · MongoDB
About our partner relationships
Our commercial and technical relationship with each named technology provider is subject to its applicable program and agreement. Specific certifications, implementation authorizations, resell rights and support entitlements are confirmed in each customer engagement.
PARTNER PORTFOLIO
Each partner platform solves a distinct problem in the modern data and AI stack. Bassirah designs them to work together, so analytics, data access, application performance, AI observability, storage and operational application data are engineered as one system rather than eight separate projects.
REAL-TIME ANALYTICS
High-performance column-oriented database for real-time analytics. We design deployment architecture, data models and operations around your actual workload, concurrency and ingestion requirements.
FEDERATED SQL & LAKEHOUSE ACCESS
Trino-based enterprise data platform for SQL access across data lakes, warehouses and operational systems, with governance and workload controls applied per edition.
LOW-LATENCY DATA & AI CONTEXT
In-memory data platform for caching, transient application state, messaging patterns and AI context, designed with careful memory sizing, high availability and security.
LLM OBSERVABILITY & AGENTOPS
LLM engineering platform for tracing, evaluation and prompt management, aligned with enterprise development, privacy and governance workflows.
AI-READY OBJECT STORAGE
S3-compatible object storage for AI and analytics data, with Apache Iceberg table patterns where product and architecture requirements align.
OPERATIONAL & AI APPLICATION DATA
Document database platform for modern applications, delivered through MongoDB Atlas or MongoDB Enterprise Advanced, with search and vector search capabilities depending on edition and entitlement.
API PLATFORM
API platform for designing, testing, documenting, monitoring and governing APIs, including the APIs that expose data products and AI services. Some capabilities depend on the Postman plan.
SEMANTIC LAYER & ENTERPRISE BI
Strategy Mosaic, a universal semantic layer, and Strategy BI for governed metrics, enterprise reporting, embedded analytics and governed data for AI agents, depending on edition and subscription.
PLATFORM ROLES
These platforms are complementary, not interchangeable. Federated SQL access is a different job from purpose-built analytical serving, and a cache is not a system of record. We start every design by assigning each technology a clear responsibility.
| Platform | Architecture layer | Primary responsibility | Common pairings |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starburst | SQL access & federation | Query data where it lives across lakes, warehouses and databases | MinIO AIStor, DataHub, dbt |
| ClickHouse | Analytical serving | Fast aggregation over large event, telemetry and time-series datasets | Redis, dbt, MinIO AIStor |
| Redis | Operational acceleration | Caching, session state, fast lookups and AI context retrieval | ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Community |
| Langfuse | AI engineering & observability | Traces, evaluations, prompts and quality signals for LLM applications | ClickHouse, Redis, PostgreSQL, MinIO AIStor |
| MinIO AIStor | Storage & table foundation | Durable S3-compatible object storage and supported Iceberg tables | Starburst or Trino OSS, dbt, DataHub |

TWO ROUTES, CLEARLY SEPARATED
Bassirah operates two complementary portfolios. Our Strategic Technology Partner practice delivers vendor-aligned solutions where commercial assurances, licensed capabilities and vendor-backed support matter. Our Open-Source Engineering practice provides independent services for community platforms when flexibility, portability and cost control are the priority. The portfolios are commercially distinct, and we tell you which route you are buying.
| Decision factor | Partner-led (Strategic Technology Partners) | Independent open-source support |
|---|---|---|
| Software | Commercial product or edition from the technology provider | Community or source-available edition |
| Licensing | Commercial subscription or entitlement, subject to the provider's contract | Community license terms; infrastructure and engineering costs remain |
| Product capabilities | Licensed features available per purchased edition | Capabilities of the community release in use |
| Vendor support and escalation | Vendor-backed support where included in the customer's agreement | No vendor support, vendor escalation or upstream SLA implied |
| Security fixes and release lifecycle | Provider's release and support lifecycle, according to contract | Community releases; upgrade and patch validation by the customer with Bassirah |
| Bassirah's role | Architecture, integration, deployment, optimization and operations alongside the provider's program | Independent architecture, deployment, tuning, upgrades and contracted operational support |
| Typical fit | Regulated or mission-critical workloads that need commercial assurances or licensed capabilities | Teams with in-house capability that prioritize control, portability and cost |
Neither route is “better” by default. We evaluate your actual versions, connectors, workloads, security requirements, support needs and licensing before recommending one, or a deliberate combination of both.
We will compare partner-led and open-source options against your workload, support needs and licensing.
SAME ENGINE FAMILY, DIFFERENT PROPOSITION
Three technologies appear in both of our portfolios. Each has its own page because the engagement, licensing and support model are different.
Trino is the open-source distributed SQL engine. Starburst is a commercial, Trino-based platform with additional product capabilities and vendor support options. We help you decide which route fits your connectors, security, operations and commercial requirements.
Two procurement and support routes into related technology: partner-led ClickHouse solutions, and independent engineering services for self-managed ClickHouse OSS. Available features depend on the selected deployment and entitlement.
Two routes into the same document database: partner-led MongoDB Atlas or Enterprise Advanced, where commercial capabilities and vendor support matter, and independent engineering for self-managed MongoDB Community Server (source-available, SSPL).
ENGAGEMENT MODEL
Every partner engagement follows the same disciplined path, with documented decisions and acceptance criteria at each stage.
SERVICES
Engage us for a single phase or the full lifecycle. Services span both our partner and open-source portfolios.
Remove bottlenecks, improve control and reduce waste.
It identifies the five technology providers with which Bassirah has a confirmed relationship: ClickHouse, Starburst, Redis, Langfuse, MinIO AIStor, MongoDB, Postman and Strategy. Each relationship is subject to the provider’s applicable program and agreement. Specific certifications, implementation authorizations, resell rights and support entitlements are confirmed in each customer engagement.
Partner-led delivery is built on a provider’s commercial product, where licensed capabilities and vendor-backed support may apply under the customer’s agreement. Open-source support is independent Bassirah engineering for community platforms. It does not imply vendor endorsement, upstream support rights, vendor security fixes or escalation.
Commercial arrangements depend on each provider’s program and the customer’s procurement route. We confirm whether Bassirah, the provider or another channel supplies the subscription during the engagement.
No. We assess workloads, security, support expectations, licensing and total cost of ownership first. If a community edition meets your objectives, we say so and can support it through our open-source practice.
Yes, where compatibility is validated. Typical examples include Starburst with DataHub Core and dbt, or ClickHouse with dbt and Redis. Every connector, adapter and version combination is tested in the project architecture before it is relied on.
On-premises, private cloud, public cloud and hybrid environments, where the selected product and edition support them. Customer-controlled or isolated deployment patterns are designed and validated per engagement.
Tell us what you are building and the constraints you work within. We will help you select, design and operate the right partner technology, or the right combination.
