Bassirah Technology

INDUSTRIES

Technology Engineered for Sector-Specific Outcomes.

Security, performance and auditability take different forms across industries. Bassirah maps platform patterns to each sector’s operational reality and compliance requirements, then proves them against measurable acceptance criteria before anything goes into production.

WHO WE SERVE

Built for Regulated, High-Scale and Digital-Native Enterprises.

We serve financial services, telecommunications, digital-native SaaS, government and healthcare organizations. Each sector has its own workloads, data-handling obligations and operating model, so we tailor architectures to them, and we back performance statements with evidence from your environment rather than generic benchmarks.

ALIGNMENT MATRIX

Which Pattern Fits Which Problem?

A starting point, not a fixed stack. Each suggested pattern is validated against your workloads, data-handling requirements and operating model during discovery. The proof metrics are what we agree to measure. They are not guaranteed outcomes.

Enterprise AI & GenAI is a horizontal practice applied within each sector, not a separate industry. “Starburst/Trino” means a choice between the Starburst partner route and independent Trino OSS engineering. MongoDB Community Server is source-available (SSPL).

OUR APPROACH

Sector Requirements First, Technology Second.

Every industry engagement follows the same disciplined path, so architecture decisions remain traceable to business objectives and the constraints that apply to you.

  1. Frame the outcome.Agree the business problem, the decisions the platform must support and the metrics that define success.
  2. Map sector constraints.Capture data residency, privacy, retention, security, audit and operating-model requirements with your risk, security and legal stakeholders.
  3. Select the pattern.Choose partner-led, open-source or combined routes per workload, documented in an architecture decision record.
  4. Prove it.Run a scoped proof of concept against agreed acceptance criteria on a representative workload.
  5. Deliver and operate.Implement, hand over with knowledge transfer, and, where contracted, operate the platform under defined accountability.

PROOF PACKAGE

Evidence You Can Take to Your Risk and Architecture Boards.

Architecture alone does not prove latency, savings or resilience. That is why each industry engagement produces a proof package built from measurements in your environment, not marketing figures.

  • Architecture decision record explaining each technology’s responsibility and the alternatives considered
  • Target SLOs and per-stage latency budgets, validated on your data-access path
  • Secure data-flow model covering identity, permissions, encryption, retention and egress
  • Phased proof-of-concept acceptance criteria agreed before build begins
  • Cost baseline at representative volumes and retention periods
  • Recovery objectives per subsystem, tested through a restoration drill

Delivery caveat.

Bassirah validates sector-specific residency, privacy, retention, security and regulatory requirements during discovery. Product selection alone does not confer compliance. Availability, data residency, isolation and service levels are designed and validated per engagement scope.

CROSS-INDUSTRY PRACTICE

Operate AI with Visibility, Control and Engineering Discipline.

Bassirah designs the infrastructure that surrounds production AI: model and agent telemetry, tracing, evaluation, data storage, contextual retrieval and reliable operations. We combine Langfuse expertise with fit-for-purpose relational, analytical, object and caching technologies, while keeping a clear distinction between observability and model accuracy guarantees. We apply this practice inside each sector’s data-handling rules rather than treating AI as an industry of its own.

Industry Questions, Answered

Banking and financial services, telecommunications, digital-native and SaaS companies, government, and healthcare. Enterprise AI is a cross-industry practice that we apply within each of these sectors.

No. Product selection alone does not confer compliance. We validate residency, privacy, retention, security and regulatory requirements with your stakeholders during discovery and design controls to support them. Compliance remains the outcome of your policies, processes and evidence.

No. They are the measurements we agree to collect, such as p95/p99 latency, events per second or isolation tests. Targets are set and validated on your workload during a proof of concept.

We design for on-premises, private cloud, hybrid and customer-controlled or isolated deployments where the selected technologies support them. Dependencies, patch import paths and telemetry egress are verified per engagement.

Neither by default. We choose per workload between partner-led routes (ClickHouse, Starburst, Redis, Langfuse, MinIO AIStor, MongoDB, Postman, Strategy), independent open-source engineering, or a deliberate combination, and record the reasoning in an architecture decision record.
