BUILD · IMPLEMENTATION & INTEGRATION
Bring technology into your environment with repeatable, secure engineering across compute, data sources, storage, access controls and application integrations. Bassirah engineers automate the deployment, connect it to the systems you already run, test it against agreed criteria and hand it over with the runbooks your teams need.
WHEN TO ENGAGE
Implementation is where architecture meets your real environment: identity providers, network segments, security policies and the applications that depend on the data.
The architecture is agreed and you need an experienced team to deploy it correctly the first time.
A greenfield engine, database, object store or AI observability service needs to run in production, not just in a demo.
Query engines, storage, transformation, metadata and applications must be connected securely and reliably.
Environments drift, rebuilds are slow and you want repeatable automation your team can maintain.
WHAT WE DO
We scope each implementation to the agreed design. Typical activities include:
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
| Deliverable | What it contains | Who uses it |
|---|---|---|
| Working deployment | The platform running in agreed environments, configured to the design | Platform and application teams |
| Infrastructure-as-code repository | Automation, configuration and pipeline definitions under your version control | Platform engineering |
| Test results | Evidence of functional, integration, performance and resilience checks against acceptance criteria | Delivery leads, security, operations |
| Runbooks | Start, stop, scale, upgrade, backup, restore and common troubleshooting procedures | Operations, SRE and DBA teams |
| As-built documentation | Final topology, integrations, access model and known limitations | Architects and future maintainers |
| Operational handover and knowledge transfer | Walkthrough sessions, recorded Q&A and a handover checklist signed off by both teams | Operations teams taking ownership |
ENGAGEMENT PHASES
Start with a focused architecture engagement and move straight into build.
TECHNOLOGY COVERAGE
Implementation scope depends on the technologies and editions you choose. We implement across both portfolios and the integrations between them.
| Platform | Typical implementation scope |
|---|---|
| ClickHouse | Cluster deployment, ingestion, schema and access setup |
| Starburst | Enterprise deployment, catalogs, access control integration |
| Redis | Deployment for caching, serving and session workloads |
| Langfuse | Self-hosted or managed setup, SDK instrumentation guidance |
| MinIO AIStor | Object storage deployment, buckets, policies and integration |
| Platform | Typical implementation scope |
|---|---|
| Trino OSS | Coordinator and worker deployment, catalogs, authentication |
| ClickHouse OSS | Self-managed cluster deployment and replication setup |
| dbt Core & dbt OSS | Project structure, adapters, CI and environment promotion |
| DataHub Core | Deployment, ingestion sources and lineage configuration |
| PostgreSQL | High-availability deployment, backup and replication |
| MongoDB Community | Replica set deployment and access configuration (source-available, SSPL) |
| Apache Cassandra | Multi-node cluster deployment, topology and repair setup |
Compatibility and support.
Connector, adapter and integration support varies by technology version and edition, and is validated during the engagement rather than assumed. Bassirah implementation of community platforms is independent engineering and does not include upstream vendor support, vendor security fixes or vendor escalation. Partner-led deployments are subject to each vendor’s licensing and entitlements.
PREREQUISITES
Most implementation delays come from access and dependencies, not technology. Before we mobilize, we ask for:
Yes. We review the design during mobilization, flag risks or gaps, and agree any changes before building.
We work with your preferred tooling where possible, so the automation fits your existing practices and your team can maintain it after handover.
Yes. We deploy on-premises, in private cloud and in hybrid environments, where the selected technologies support them. Customer-controlled or isolated deployment patterns are designed and validated per engagement.
You receive runbooks, documentation and knowledge transfer. If you prefer, the platform can transition into a Bassirah managed services agreement.
Against the acceptance criteria agreed during mobilization, with test evidence recorded for each criterion.
Tell us what you are deploying, where it will run and what it must connect to. We will outline a phased implementation plan.
