BUILD · IMPLEMENTATION & INTEGRATION

Deploy Platforms That Work Together in Production.

Bring technology into your environment with repeatable, secure engineering across compute, data sources, storage, access controls and application integrations. Bassirah engineers automate the deployment, connect it to the systems you already run, test it against agreed criteria and hand it over with the runbooks your teams need.

WHEN TO ENGAGE

When You Need Implementation Support

Implementation is where architecture meets your real environment: identity providers, network segments, security policies and the applications that depend on the data.

You have an approved design

The architecture is agreed and you need an experienced team to deploy it correctly the first time.

You are standing up a new platform

A greenfield engine, database, object store or AI observability service needs to run in production, not just in a demo.

Platforms need to work together

Query engines, storage, transformation, metadata and applications must be connected securely and reliably.

Deployments are manual and inconsistent

Environments drift, rebuilds are slow and you want repeatable automation your team can maintain.

WHAT WE DO

Included Activities

We scope each implementation to the agreed design. Typical activities include:

Infrastructure as code and automation

  • Declarative environment definitions using your preferred tooling
  • Repeatable deployment pipelines for development, test and production
  • Configuration managed in version control

Cluster and service provisioning

  • Deployment on Kubernetes, virtual machines or bare metal where the technology supports it
  • Topology, storage and resource configuration aligned to sizing assumptions
  • Environment separation and promotion paths

Identity and access integration

  • Integration with your identity provider, for example LDAP, Active Directory or OIDC, where supported
  • Role and permission models mapped to your access policies
  • Service accounts and secrets handled through your secrets management approach

Network integration

  • Private networking, ingress, TLS and firewall rules agreed with your network team
  • Connectivity to on-premises, private cloud and hybrid sources
  • Documented ports, flows and dependencies

Connectors and data integration

  • Configuration of catalogs, connectors and adapters to your data sources
  • Ingestion and transformation pipeline setup where in scope
  • Application integration through supported client libraries and APIs

Testing and validation

  • Functional, integration and performance tests against agreed acceptance criteria
  • Failover and backup-restore checks where high availability is in scope
  • Security configuration verification

Observability and documentation

  • Metrics, logs and alerts integrated with your monitoring stack
  • Dashboards for key platform health indicators
  • Runbooks, configuration reference and architecture as-built documentation

ENGAGEMENT PHASES

How the Engagement Works

  1. MobilizeConfirm the design, environments, access, responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Identify dependencies on your network, security and identity teams early.
  2. FoundationBuild the automation, provision the base infrastructure and establish environment separation.
  3. Platform buildDeploy and configure the platform, integrate identity and networking, and apply security baselines.
  4. IntegrationConnect data sources, downstream applications and adjacent platforms, then wire in observability.
  5. Test and validateRun the agreed tests, fix findings and record evidence against each acceptance criterion.
  6. HandoverDeliver runbooks and documentation, run knowledge-transfer sessions and complete the handover checklist, or transition into managed services.

TECHNOLOGY COVERAGE

Platforms We Implement and Integrate

Implementation scope depends on the technologies and editions you choose. We implement across both portfolios and the integrations between them.

RedisDeployment for caching, serving and session workloads
LangfuseSelf-hosted or managed setup, SDK instrumentation guidance

Compatibility and support.

Connector, adapter and integration support varies by technology version and edition, and is validated during the engagement rather than assumed. Bassirah implementation of community platforms is independent engineering and does not include upstream vendor support, vendor security fixes or vendor escalation. Partner-led deployments are subject to each vendor’s licensing and entitlements.

PREREQUISITES

What We Need From You

Most implementation delays come from access and dependencies, not technology. Before we mobilize, we ask for:

  • An agreed architecture or design (or a short design phase added to scope)
  • Environments, or the cloud or infrastructure capacity to create them
  • Access to required systems through your approved access process
  • Named contacts in network, security and identity teams
  • Required software licences or subscriptions for partner-led platforms
  • Agreed acceptance criteria and the people who will sign them off
  • The team who will own the platform after handover, available for knowledge transfer

Implementation & Integration FAQ

Yes. We review the design during mobilization, flag risks or gaps, and agree any changes before building.

We work with your preferred tooling where possible, so the automation fits your existing practices and your team can maintain it after handover.

Yes. We deploy on-premises, in private cloud and in hybrid environments, where the selected technologies support them. Customer-controlled or isolated deployment patterns are designed and validated per engagement.

You receive runbooks, documentation and knowledge transfer. If you prefer, the platform can transition into a Bassirah managed services agreement.

Against the acceptance criteria agreed during mobilization, with test evidence recorded for each criterion.
